Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Cancellations: • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds: • At POSH NAIL LASHES, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, services provided are non-refundable. • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will be happy to correct the issue to the best of our ability. Health and Safety: • For the safety of our clients and staff, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected after each use. • If you have any health concerns, skin conditions, or allergies, please inform our staff before your service begins. Nail Fixes: • In the event of broken or chipped nails within 5 days of your service, we offer complimentary fixes. Please notify us within this period to schedule a repair appointment. • After 5 days, repairs may be subject to a nominal fee depending on the damage. Children: • For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while inside the salon. Payments: • We accept cash, credit cards, and other major payment methods. • Tips are appreciated and can be made in cash or added to your credit card transaction.
